We ship to all 50 states and the shopping cart on the QEDusa.com website is set up to accommodate orders from these areas. The shopping cart is not set up to accommodate orders from Puerto Rico, U.S. Protectorates, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or foreign countries.

- In most cases our carrier of choice is United States Postal Service; however, in certain circumstances we may utilize some other carrier. See our Miscellaneous page about free shipping and other shipping options.
Website Order Once an order is placed you will immediately receive a copy to keep for your records or to make changes if necessary. If you do not receive a copy make certain you entered your correct email address on the order form. Note: if you use a spam blocker program or other email filter it is possible a copy of your order may not get through to you. Ensuring that you provide a usable email address is important for receiving your order confirmation. We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours (2 business days). If there is any delay we will let you know. Orders are shipped from Riverside, Rhode Island.

Mail Order We do not accept mail orders.
Canada/Overseas Orders We accept orders from Canada and some overseas countries. Contact us via email for ordering instructions at qed@qedusa.com. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipment method, weight, insurance, and destination. Orders shipped to Canada and overseas may be subject to destination fees depending on each country's policies. Payment of these fees is your obligation.
Returns/Exchanges The only returns we accept are defective product or incorrect product that QED inadvertently sent to you. We will not accept the return of a product due to scent, consistency, effectiveness (performance), or any physical characteristic that is not a defect. Our customer service department must pre-authorize merchandise returns. To obtain a return authorization number, email us providing all of the pertinent details, including the order number and date. Incorrect merchandise must be returned unused and in original, unopened packaging. You will receive a reply email including a return authorization number and shipping address. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original packing slip. You may want to make a copy of it for your records. Please ensure the parcel is insured, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged, lost, or misdirected parcels. Safe, timely arrival of your returned merchandise at our shipping center is your responsibility.
Should QED allow the return of a product that is neither defective nor an incorrect product QED inadvertently sent to you, a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10.00) will be assessed to help defray administrative and handling costs. If a refund is granted, you will also be assessed the cost of the actual shipping charge paid by QED, whether or not you were charged for shipping.
