Talk about compact, Parker's Travel DE razor breaks down into 4 pieces which easily fit into a 2-3/4" x 2-1/2" genuine leather case with snap closure. When assembled, the razor is 3-1/4" long and it weighs approximately 2.4 ounces. The frame is all brass and the head is nickel plated. The handle of this razor is turned to unscrew the top plates for loading the blade. It's non-adjustable straight-edge head measures 1-5/8" long x 1" wide. The slim handle is 3" long x 3/8" diameter, and has a secure-grip incised cross-hatched design. Small enough for travel, large enough to use every day. Uses any double edge blade.
