The stainless steel used for Derby razor blades is sourced from England, Sweden and Japan. At the Istanbul factory of the Azmusebat Group the most advanced equipment is used to perforate, harden and grind the steel. The edges are then given extra strength with chromium, ceramic, tungsten and platinum before a polymer coating is applied to the cutting edge for extra shaving comfort. Each blade is individually wax paper wrapped to assure safety, sterility and long shelf life.
